 Tonight is the Project Runway Season 8 Finale on Lifetime and I cannot wait. I will say, I was hoping Michael C. would be one of the finalists and not Gretchen, but I am not too disappointed. I think I am more disappointed in how Gretchen acted the whole season than her designs. But I am uber excited for Mondo and Andy! Mondo is my definite pick for PR winner. I love his take on colors and patterns. I must say, I was extra inspired for the Jackie O. challenge when Mondo designed the enlarged houndstooth skirt, stripe top, and solid color jacket with contrast lining. L-O-V-E!

Spotted: Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez at Carousel of Hope Ball

Saturday, Oct. 23rd, Halle Berry and euro-hot actor Olivier Martinez were spotted hand-in-hand at the 32nd annual Carousel of Hope Ball, a cause for childhood diabetes, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. While I wasn't happy about Gabriel and Halle splitting, because they made a HOT couple and an even hotter baby [Nahla], I am happy that she is having fun. I am not sure if I can call Halle and Olivier's relationship amore just yet...but I must say, Halle sure knows how to pick them.

Celine Dion Gives Birth to twin baby boys

One of my fave Canadian singers...well it's not like I know many Canadian singers...Celine Dion gave birth on Saturday, Oct. 23rd, to twin boys via C-section at St. Mary's Medical Center in Florida. Although the baby boys were born prematurely, they are healthy, but must spend the next few days in neonatal care. Her husband Rene and Celine are thrilled about the new additions, especially since it took six in-vitro fertilization treatments and accupuncture for her to conceive after her 2001 pregnancy to their first son Rene Charles. Congrats to the family!

It's a family affair with Gucci! J.Lo and twins to appear in new ads...

If you haven't heard already, J. Lo and her twins, Max and Emme, are the new faces for the upcoming Gucci ad campaign. It's not confirmed if we will be able to see the mini-celebs' faces, as mommy and daddy Marc Anthony wanted to keep them out of the public eye. But why the collaboration? WWD hears that it is for charity. Gucci is reportedly donating to UNICEF and Lopez's Maribel foundation, which focuses on bringing health care to mothers and children in remote areas around the world. The ad will feature J.Lo and her twins decked out in Gucci from H to T (head to toe). The ads, which should be released this week, were shot by the infamous photog duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

Just Reading: Macy's Gets Fast Fashion

I just read in The New York Times that Macy's is trying to jump on the H&M bandwagon with introducing discount designer collabos. I am seriously waiting for Lanvin to hit H&M stores Nov. 20th. I just came across a pair of pants from when Karl Lagerfeld designed. Classic. Now, the infamous mainstream department store, Macy's, wants to execute the same kind of campaign. They will sell a series of limited-edition designer collections, beginning in February 2011. Each will be on sale for about two months, until the next collaboration is announced; selling anywhere from $50-$300. So, who's the first designer? Kinder Aggugini. He comes from "across the pond". He's London's rising fashion star who started out designing for big names like Versace, and started his own line 4 years ago. Not a bad 'welcome mat' into the states by partnering with Macy's.

Us Weekly reported yesterday that Beyonce is pregnant. Now I know we have had quite a few false alarms in the past with these announcements, and it's always from a source, but dare to dream if this time it's true. No one is going to be following this story right now more than me...even though I was late with this article, but I definitely need to know. If you haven't guessed, yes, I am a true Bey fan, so I just need to know if we can expect a baby Dereon line soon or not. Stay tuned...

Mind Loop: Bittersweet by Fantasia

I am a big watcher of Fantasia For Real, Fantasia's VH1 reality show. Ever since I have been watching, I have come to genuinely like and appreciate Fantasia. I didn't know much about her, and never watched American Idol, so I wasn't on the Fantasia train like some. But I have always liked her songs. This song she made, Bittersweet, really strikes a tune with me and I have been singing (not too well) it more so, especially since I watch her show. It's definitely that song that makes you think of that one that you left but not sure if you should've left, but glad that you did. I'm sure if you've gone through it, you understand. Well, if you haven't watched the video, enjoy it! (By the way, the guy who plays her love interest is a hottie.)

The "Flashy Girl from Flushing" gets her own Talk Show!

That's right. Our favorite nasal nanny will have her own talk show, aptly named The Fran Drescher Show. She will be talking about everything from "pedicures to politics." The Fox-owned TV stations and syndicate Debmar-Mercury (which also produces Wendy Williams' show - How you doin?) signed a deal with Miss Fine for a 3-week test run starting November 26th. Guess Fran will be extra thankful this season. The show will be based in LA (there goes my chance at getting audience tickets), and will run in NY, LA, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Phoenix, and Orlando on Fox stations. I wonder if Mr. Sheffield will be a guest appearance...

Shut the Front Door!: Momma Rachel Zoe?

I am crazy for RZ! Love The Rachel Zoe Project and if you were watching this past season, you know baby talk was a major theme. Everyone wondered if Rachel would allow herself to be a momma. I think we all allowed our minds to wonder what she would look like preggers and what kind of mom she would be. I guess we don't have to wonder for long. Us Magazine is confirming that our beloved stylist is indeed pregnant! Total OMG moment. I'm excited and intrigued for Rach and Rodge, but at least we know that baby will be fully dressed and accessorized from head-to-toe.
