Getting Nailed: Chevron Driven

A week ago I wanted to try another nail design I saw on Pinterest. Pinterest and Instagram are becoming my new go-to's for all things nail art. Who knew getting a manicure would be so trendy now? The photo that I saw featured a gray and white chevron design on one nail and I liked it. I was running out of ideas by the time my nail appointment rolled around and I decided to give it a go. I kind of changed my design up a little. I wanted a gray mani with a black and white chevron design (one of my friends said it reminded him of Charlie Brown...remember his sweater?). I used my essie "Master Plan" polish on the majority of my nails and then used my nail technician's generic black and white on my ring finger. It seems I am always challenging her...but for her first run I think she did good.

What do you think? Would you try this look?
Oh, and yes, I went back to the square look. I did it just for this design. I am kind of missing my pointier nails...but this isn't so bad.
