Red Carpet: Golden Globes 2014 Edition [I Say Yes to their Dress]

Last night was the 71st Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hills Hotel. I had the privilege of co-hosting a live  red carpet tweetup (#GGRedCarpet) with my other fellow fab bloggers, Glamazon Diaries, Orange Juice and Biscuits, and The Fabulous Report at the Hotel Elysee in NYC. It was great watching the red carpet with them. The Golden Globes was filled with memorable moments - Jacqueline Bissett's acceptance speech, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hosting, Emma Thompson handing out an award, 12 Years a Slave winning for Best Motion Picture - Drama, and much more. But no one or nothing tops the moment when Lupita Nyongo slayed the red carpet in Ralph Lauren. She was the epitome of effortless beauty. She accessorized with Fred Leighton jewels, yet kept it very simple. Just flawless! While she is definitely numero uno, Diane Keaton comes in number two in a Ralph Lauren tux - a style that only Ms. Keaton can rock and rock with class. She is the guru of menswear for womenswear and no one can do it like her. Plus, I loved her gray tresses and glasses.
